Join me in a secluded Bell Bird lodge within the picturesque location Living Springs, Banks Peninsular here is Christchurch New Zealand. This weekend retreat is set within native bush, with easy access from Christchurch. This retreat is fully catered for, all meals - vegetarian, bed linen, course material are all part of the retreat fee.


The retreat is designed in such a way you will have plenty of time to integrate your new learning, time to explore the surroundings and be part of like minded people who are all seeking to make positive changes within their lives.


You will have time to explore what is manifesting in your life right now and gain new tools to create positive change which will enable to create positive life opportunities.


Being aware of how our thoughts, and how they impact us at every point in our lives, can lead to making life changing decisions.  Mindfulness is now a new way of living, this course is designed to help you gain an understanding of how you think and then change your process.

In this course, you will be looking at family beliefs, limiting beliefs, negative self talk and much more. The weekend is set out in such a way that you will have time to participate in learning and free time to integrate this new wisdom.

Recommended preparation

Being aware of what thought patterns that are holding you back is helpful. An awareness of the power of manifestation and how you can create your new reality.
